Our story
We didn't wantanother coffee shop.
We wanted a place that made slowing down feel natural. Coffee was the beginning. The rest was about how the room, the food and the day should feel around it.

Why ÉMBER
Good thingsdon't needto shout.
Coffee matters, but it does not need to take over the room. Food should feel considered and make sense beside the cup. The space should make it easy to settle in, whether the visit is a short pause or the start of a longer conversation. Nothing here needs to perform for a photograph. We care about how the coffee tastes, how the table feels, and whether you want to stay a little longer. That balance is the reason ÉMBER is shaped the way it is.

No shortcuts.No ceremony.
Good coffee begins with attention to the small things. The grind, the water, the temperature and the timing each change what reaches the cup. We care about getting those details in balance. There is no need to dress the process up or turn the counter into a stage. The point is not to show how carefully it was made. The point is that, when you taste it, the care is already there.
Made forstaying.
Morning light. Natural materials. Tables made for one more coffee. A room can set its own pace without asking anyone to hurry. Come for a cup, stay for a conversation, and let the day take the shape it needs.

Our principles
Our principles
- 01
No shortcuts.
Coffee is dialled in every morning. Food is made with intention. Details matter.
- 02
Keep it simple.
Nothing is added just to impress. Not to the cup. Not to the plate. Not to the room.
- 03
Make room.
For another coffee. For a longer conversation. For people to stay.
Made forColombo.
Hot mornings. Long afternoons. Meetings that turn into coffee. Coffee that turns into dinner. A short pause between one part of the day and the next.
